University of the Sciences in Philadelphia
Expert Events has been responsible for the planning and implementation of seminars from 2003-2006 for The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. One of their seminars that we coordinated took place in California, while the others required on-site managemen on campus.
Aftershock Conference
Pace University was an integral partner in the rebuilding efforts of Lower Manhattan following the crisis on 9/11/01. Commemorating the 5th Anniversary, Expert Events worked with Pace to produce a four-day conference that included keynote speakers (David Gergen, Lee Hamilton, William Kristol and Doris Kearns Goodwin) and nine panels that showcased topics such as healthcare issues, culture, preparedness, and education. We were involved in booking and facilitating for the major speakers, providing AV equipment and supervision, staffing, and providing cued scripts for each of the sessions.
