Grove City College
Experts Events provided on-going consulting on the 125th anniversary programs for Grove City College, including planning and implementation of gala dinner in Pittsburgh, PA, archival research and supervision of historical display creation. Letter of Reference
Penn Relay Carnival
Held in the University of Pennsylvania's historic Franklin Field, Expert Events worked with a committee composed of alumni, staff, and donors to design the scope of the program and implemented a myriad of key event areas: Designing and managing the coaches’ dinner, patron receptions and VIP receptions; Creating the concept and executing the historical archival exhibit which was produced with over 200 photographs; Selecting the site and coordinating the receptions throughout the Greater Philadelphia area for the display of the exhibit and for press conferences prior to Relay Week; Designing and overseeing the production of printed materials; Coordinating sponsorship opportunities, including securing gifts-in-kind from Amtrak and Delta Airlines for VIP guests; and, handling all VIP arrangements.
Pace University
In order to raise the visibility of the historical significance of Pace University, Expert Events assisted the staff in creating a free-standing historical exhibit that was displayed on each of the University’s three campuses. A traveling version was also produced that was used at alumni and donor events. A book version was also created that was given to donors and the campus community. Letter of Reference
